Matt ConnerMatt is the Teaching Pastor of The Mercy House, planting the church in 2004. He's married to Lindsay and lives communally with three other married couples in a real-life Christian reality show. Outside of this, he's the founder of Stereo Subversion—a music webzine—and writes freelance for Relevant, Christianity Today, and CCM, among others.
Mischon Kareken coordinates our information and volunteers at the Mercy House. She enjoys the chance to oversee effective communication in between ministry leaders, staff, and our community; so that we can in turn know our community and its needs better. Mischon lives communally in historic Anderson. She is an active artist with a BA in Studio Arts from Anderson University and enjoys refurbishing furniture, collecting post cards, good music and coffee.
Tom and Katie make sure we have coffee on Sunday mornings. They are high school sweethearts from the Southside of Indianapolis and now live in Anderson. Tom became disenchanted with his automotive technician career and is now majoring in Sport Administration at Ball State. He stays busy at the YMCA as a site director in the Youth Sports department, works in the After School Program, and serves as a lifeguard. Katie is looking for ways to use her French degree, but she is now spending a year as an Americorps VISTA at the American Red Cross in Indianapolis, working in volunteer management. Tom and Katie enjoy making coffee and like to travel.
Sarah is currently spearheading the Kids' Ministry at The Mercy House. She lives on the north side of Anderson with her husband Elijah and two dogs, Burt & Ernie.. She is currently working at Selah House. Sarah joined the kid's ministry team late last year and enjoys loving and shaping the young minds of our church.

Mike is married to Sandy and enjoys camping and spending time with his four children and three grandchildren. He also owns Flow-Rite Guttering.
Steve is a graduate of Anderson University with a degree in Christian Ministries. He now lives in Anderson and is co-owner of Montagnard Painting Co. He loves coffee and is a capricorn.
Bre LoseyBre makes sure there is someone to welcome you every week. Originally from Upstate New York, Bre now lives in downtown Anderson and works as an admissions counselor at Anderson University. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, playing the drums, and drinking coffee.
Joe has a BA in Music Business from Anderson University. He works as an administrative assistant to Jack J. Gray CPA during the day and fights crime as an amature superhero at night. Apart from playing music, he enjoys riding his bicycle, drinking too much coffee, and investing time into his friendships.
